The present paper presents a revised version of a size-consistency correction to the multireference configuration interaction techniques previously proposed by Szalay et al. [J. Phys. Chem. 100, 6288 (1996)]. The method assumes a complete active space reference space and separates the nonreference determinants in several classes according to their number of inactive holes and particles. The correction is formulated as a dressing of the diagonal energies of these determinants, which depends on their class, as originally proposed by Ruttink et al. [J. Chem. Phys. 94, 7212 (1991)]. The exclusion principle violating corrections are evaluated through a simple counting of the various excitation processes which remain possible on each class. The efficiency of the method has been tested on a series of multireference problems for which full configuration interaction results are available (OH(2) bond breaking, Be insertion in H(2), excited states of CH(2)). The dressing of a given state not only provides excellent results for this state but also provides accurate excited roots. The efficiency of state-specific dressings is dramatic. The adaptation of this proposal to difference-dedicated configuration interactions can be extremely fruitful, as illustrated in the calculation of the 1 (1)A(g)-1(1)B(u)(pi->pi(*)) transition energy of the trans-butadiene molecule.  相似文献

Samplers for VOCs in air based on cyclodextrin-silica hybrid microporous solid phases are proposed. The solid phase preparation is very easy and inexpensive. Proposed samplers compared with other solid phases present the advantages of a wider range of operative conditions for VOCs desorption. Samplers are tested based on results for the determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene (BTEX) in air. Operational parameters are optimized and quantitative recovery is obtained using a solid phase from 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and acetonitrile as the extraction solvent. The recoveries obtained are 89 ± 4%, 90 ± 6%, 91 ± 2%, 87.0 ± 0.9%, 88 ± 4%, and 88 ± 4% for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene, respectively. Moreover results indicate a good reproducibility with a coefficient of variation below 6% and no significant difference between the reproducibility intra-synthesis and inter-synthesis. The proposed procedure has been applied to the determination of BTEX in several contaminated air samples and compared with results provided by a reference method.  相似文献

In this study, a red pigment of Serratia marcescens PTCC 1111 was purified and identified for antiproliferative activities in HT-29 and T47D cancer cell lines. (1)H-NMR spectroscopy and LC/MS analysis confirmed prodigiosin structure. The antiproliferative effects of prodigiosin were determined by employing the MTT assay. The changes in cell cycle pattern were studied with 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) reagent using flow cytometry assay, and Annexin V-PI method was used for apoptotic analysis. Results of MTT assay showed that HT-29 cells were more sensitive to prodigiosin than T47D cells. Prodigiosin-treated HT-29 cells showed increase in S phase and decrease in G2/M, but treated T47D cells showed cell cycle pattern relatively similar to Roswell Park Memorial Institute medium (RPMI). Apoptotic effect of prodigiosin was higher than doxorubicin in HT-29 cells. The data reported here indicate that prodigiosin is a promising antineoplastic agent that triggers apoptosis in different cancer cell lines.  相似文献

An operationally simple, atom-economical, and green procedure has been developed for the synthesis of dihydropyridine derivatives by a simple condensation of barbituric acid, aldehyde, and ammonium acetate in water under catalyst-free conditions. The synthesis and characterisation of new capped silica mesoporous nanoparticles for on‐command delivery applications is reported. Functional capped hybrid systems consist of MCM‐41 nanoparticles functionalised on the external surface with polyesters bearing azobenzene derivatives and rhodamine B inside the mesopores. Two solid materials, Rh‐PAzo8‐S and Rh‐PAzo6‐S, containing two closely related polymers, PAzo8 and PAzo6, in the pore outlets have been prepared. Materials Rh‐PAzo8‐S and Rh‐PAzo6‐S showed an almost zero release in water due to steric hindrance imposed by the presence of anchored bulky polyesters, whereas a large delivery of the cargo was observed in the presence of an esterase enzyme due to the progressive hydrolysis of polyester chains. Moreover, nanoparticles Rh‐PAzo8‐S and Rh‐PAzo6‐S were used to study the controlled release of the dye in intracellular media. Nanoparticles were not toxic for HeLa cells and endocytosis‐mediated cell internalisation was confirmed by confocal microscopy. Furthermore, the possible use of capped materials as a drug‐delivery system was demonstrated by the preparation of a new mesoporous silica nanoparticle functionalised with PAzo6 and loaded with the cytotoxic drug camptothecin (CPT‐PAzo6‐S). Following cell internalisation and lysosome resident enzyme‐dependent gate opening, CPT‐PAzo6‐S induced CPT‐dependent cell death in HeLa cells.  相似文献

An organic–inorganic hybrid material based on paradodecatungstate anions and imidazolium cations, Na2(HIm)8(H2W12O42)·10H2O (HIm: imidazolium), has been synthesized under mildly acidic conditions. This compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and UV–visible spectroscopies, and thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 11.6945(8) Å, b = 12.4782(6) Å, c = 14.0952(9) Å, α = 106.041(3)°, β = 109.338(2)°, γ = 100.249(3)°, V = 1781.0(3) Å3, and Z = 2. The crystal structure exhibits an infinite 1D inorganic structure built from [H2W12O42]10? clusters and sodium cations; adjacent chains are further joined up by hydrogen-bonding interactions between protonated imidazole cations, water molecules, and polyoxoanions, to form a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

A rapid identification, classification and discrimination tool, using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy combined with Principal Component Analysis (PCA), was developed and applied to determine the profile of the Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) of Parkia speciosa seeds under various temperature and pressure conditions (313, 323, 333, 343, 353 and 363 K and 20.68, 27.58, 34.47, 41.37, 48.26, and 55.16 MPa). The separation and identification of the compounds was carried out by Gas Chromatography coupled with Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (GC/TOF‐MS). This technique has made it possible to detect the variability obtained under different SFE conditions and the separation of different chemical compounds in P. speciosa seeds. The FTIR‐PCA results were verified by GC/TOF‐MS, and the FTIR‐PCA method successfully identified the unsaturated carboxylic acids with the highest percentage area under the different conditions.  相似文献

Bismuth‐modified zeolite‐P (Bi‐ZP) was synthesized by hydrothermal methods during the phase transformation of analcime to zeolite‐P. The evolution of phase transformation of pure analcime to Bi‐ZP was investigated. The results showed that bismuth atoms were incorporated into the framework of the microporous zeolite‐P. The effect of various Bi/Al (0–3) and Si/Bi (1–5) mole ratios on the synthesis of bismuth modified zeolite were studied by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) technique and FT‐IR spectroscopy. Evolution of the growth process of Bi‐ZP spheres was carried out at different time intervals with XRD patterns and FE‐SEM images. The energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) spectrum indicated the existence of bismuth atoms in the synthesized Bi‐ZP. Framework substitutions of bismuth were evidenced by a set of complementary characterizations such as diffusive reflectance UV/Vis (DRS) and Raman spectroscopy on the synthesized Bi‐ZP (Si/Bi = 1).  相似文献

This paper deals with investigation into the stability analysis for transverse motions of a cantilever micro-beam, which is axially loaded due to a voltage applied to the piezoelectric layers located on the lower and upper surfaces of the micro-beam. The piezoelectric layers are pinned to the open end of the micro-beam and not bonded to it through its length. Application of the DC and AC piezoelectric actuations creates steady and time varying axial forces. The equation of the motion is derived using variational principal, and discretized using modal expansion theorem. The differential equations of the discretized model are a set of Mathieu type ODEs, whose stability analysis is performed using Floquet theory for multiple degree of freedom systems. Considering first two eigen-functions in the modal expansion theorem leads in the prediction of flutter type of instability as a consequence of Hopf bifurcation, which is not seen in the reduced single degree of freedom system. The object of the present study is to passively control the flutter instability in the proposed model by applying AC voltage with suitable amplitude and frequency to the piezoelectric layers. The effect of various parameters on the stability of the structure, including damping coefficient, amplitude of the DC and AC voltages, and the frequency of the applied AC voltage is studied.  相似文献
